Common requests

Delete an athlete’s records

Email us from the guardian or athlete account and say whether you want everything deleted or only the video. We verify the request comes from the account holder or the athlete’s guardian before acting, then confirm in writing when it is done. Full detail is in section 8 of the privacy policy.

Get a copy of the record, or correct something

Same address. Tell us which athlete and what you need.

Stop coaching calls being recorded

A guardian can withdraw recording consent in the app. If you want recordings already made removed as well, ask us and we will delete them.

I cannot sign in

Accounts are created by your club or coach, not by signing up. If you have no account yet, speak to your coach. If you have one and cannot get in, email us.

Reporting something serious

If you believe footage of a child has been shared with someone who should not have it, say so in the subject line and we will treat it as urgent.
